Privacy Policy

Minick Advisory, a DBA of Cavellin LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

Information We Collect

When you submit an application or intake form, we collect the following information you provide voluntarily:

  • Contact name, email, phone, and title
  • LinkedIn profile URL (optional)
  • Practice name, location, type, specialty, and size
  • Information about your current physician recruitment and retention situation
  • Any other information you provide in free-text fields

We also collect basic analytics about website usage including page views, browser type, and device type. We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.

Even if your practice does not meet our current service criteria and you receive a polite decline at submission, the contact information you provided in earlier fields of the application form is retained. We retain this information to maintain a record of inquiries and to potentially notify you if Minick Advisory expands service tiers to include practices of your size in the future.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Evaluate fit for Minick Advisory services
  • Communicate with you about your application and any subsequent engagement
  • Customize Blueprint deliverables for engaged clients
  • Improve our service offerings

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

  • Base44 (website and application hosting)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Calendly (call scheduling)
  • Stripe (payment processing for engaged clients)
  • Notion (internal record keeping)
  • DocuSign (contract execution)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed through their systems.

Data Retention

We retain application and intake data for as long as necessary to evaluate fit and serve engaged clients. Inactive prospect records are reviewed annually and archived or deleted as appropriate. Contact information from applicants whose practices do not currently meet our service criteria is retained on a future-notification basis unless deletion is requested.

Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing jacqueline@minickadvisory.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
